How does Monster Fuel Catalyst work?
Ignition!Monster Fuel improves combustion kinetics, which are manifested in three consecutive processes that significantly create a cleaner and more powerful combustion reaction resulting in significantly reduced particulate matter….unburned fuel.
Step 1
When the fuel is introduced into the combustion chamber the fuel particles’ internal temperature rises, transforming all of the fuel into a vapor phase. This is contrary to most normal combustion dynamics where fuel "trails" down the sides of the cylinder. As the combustion cycle continues the treated particles combust. The volatility of heavier hydrocarbons, which usually enter the vapor phase begrudgingly and with great difficulty, is increased. This allows a more complete combustion.
Step 2
When vapors reach temperatures of between 572ºF and 662ºF, Monster Fuel vapors become unstable creating micro-explosions over periods of nanoseconds, thereby increasing the total surface area of the vapors for the second time in the combustion process.
Step 3
Significantly improved atomization of the fuel, in addition to the catalytic actions of the micro-explosions, not only promotes a more complete combustion and a cooler exhaust temperature.
Energy conversion ratios increase at the beginning of the combustion process. This positive change in combustion kinetics produces higher compression in the chamber, which provides more overall torque.
